"Spirits and Morals" Sparkles Thames Town

The Chinese contemporary realistic oil paintings show, ¡°Spirits and Morals¡± kicked off in Songjiang Fine Arts Museum in ThamesTown, after a preparation for two years. Over 200 works selected from about 2800 ones throughout the country are presented in the exhibition hall, which not only injects more art sentiments into residents¡¯ life, but also entertains hundreds of tourists to ThamesTown.
Inspired by a seminar on Chinese contemporary realistic paintings held in Songjiang last year, this painting show was carried out at the opening of Songjiang Fine Arts Museum.
The involvement of a bunch of masterpieces of renowned artists has raised the level of the exhibition, including ¡°Ba Da Shan Ren¡± from Jin Shangyi, president of China Artists Association, ¡°Saintly Love¡± by Yang Yunfei, a master in Chinese classical painting, and ¡°Snow Plateau¡± by Zhan Jianjun, president of China Oil Painting Association. In addition to those artworks by masters, some works of young artists are also covered. The array of paintings exemplifies the prosperity in cities, the serenity in countryside, and the boundless snow plateau, etc.
