Thames Town Increases in Value

Completion of ThamesTown

     After the unveiling of WindsorIsland, the last patch of Villas in September, ThamesTown, the core project of ShanghaiMunicipality¡¯s OneCityNineTown¡¯s program would see its completion in October, which contributed to the preliminary success of the establishment of Shanghai New City system.

     According to some experts in real estate industry, the value of villas in ThamesTown may have been underestimated.
