Thames Town to Forge Large-scale Business Area
According to Henghe Real Estate Co. Ltd, the developer of ThamesTown in Songjiang district, after the completion of the residential area, the business area boasting an area of over 60,000 square meters will commence its debut later this month, which foster the birth of a momentous and significant commercial landscape nationally.
An official from Henghe Real Estate revealed that wedding service, exhibition and art creation will be the three major industries promoted in ThamesTown, with other supporting industries like restaurants, bars, entertainments and lodgings available. Most properties will be rent out and the tenants can enjoy the preferential policies such as the freedom from business taxations in the first three years and some shops will even be blessed with free rent for the first two years. So far, several wedding service companies, bars and galleries have agreed to enter in the business area in ThamesTown.
