Situated in the south of the central green zone, the ArtCenter in ThamesTown is now occupied by Songjiang Fine Arts Museum. At the convergence of the city hall square and central green zone, the round architecture is in accordance with other buildings around.
Considering a rather large passenger flow in the ground floor, the report room, the book store as well as the cyber bar is set there. The exhibition room and gallery are on the silent second floor. The basement is for equipment and storehouse. The art center embodies its own uniqueness with its personalized architectural design while assorting with the surrounding buildings by carefully choosing the construction materials.
